EMPLOYMENT AT SPEED-E'z
Speed-E’z Exchange is a 24/7/365 contact center. We provide tele-messaging, receptionist, dispatching and many other services for our clients.
Work consists of answering our clients’ phone calls and assisting their callers in the capacity outlined for that client. Agents will answer questions from callers, as well as take emergency and non-emergency messages. We have local Texas based clients, as well as clients throughout the USA. All work is on site and computer based.
English/Spanish speaking applicants are a plus!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Type at least 35 words per minute.
Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant and professional telephone voice. Must be able to actively listen to the callers and assist as needed.
Computer and Internet basics (copy, paste, toggle between screens is helpful)
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to switch from slow to fast paced environment & multi-task.
